About Pixion Games
Pixion is a globally distributed, fully remote team.
We're developing Fableborne, a hybrid midcore game that blends base building/deck building with ARPG raiding. In this asynchronous competitive game, players engage in snackable, action-packed combat while raiding each other's bases.
Fableborne is a F2P mobile first game with an ambition to find a new LiveOps model with web3/blockchain components.
Culture Alignment
We are building something new, facing the unknown. You are motivated by intellectual challenges and not having easy answers at hand.
Be a team player. A team’s idea will always be better than a siloed thought.
AI will evolve all our roles. You invest personal time and experiment during work tasks on how to transform your role to increased outcomes quality and velocity, and are keen to experiment with new ways of applying it to company pipelines.
Our studio culture is one of ownership, collaboration, self-organization and proactive problem solver. You want to take responsibility for your wins and grow from your mistakes.

Evaluate token reward performance and post-distribution behaviour, helping the team understand recirculation, staking, extraction, and the broader impact of reward design on the health of the game economy.
Design robust reporting, dashboards, and alerting for core KPIs across acquisition, retention, progression, monetisation, and token economy health using existing data tooling.
