Summary
Pixion’s globally distributed, fully remote team is searching for an experienced marketing artist. You will play a pivotal role within the close-knit studio, developing mobile games from concept validation to global launch and liveops.
We're proud to be developing Fableborne, a hybrid midcore game that blends strategy with ARPG raiding. In this asynchronous competitive game, players engage in snackable, action-packed PvE combat while raiding each other's Kingdoms.
This is a fixed-term contract role! We a looking for someone to join us for a period of 3 months and work together with our Marketing Artist to achieve marketing team goals!
In the Marketing Artist position, you will focus on crafting visually compelling and high-performing creative assets that promote Fableborne across social, paid media, community, and beyond. From static key art and 3D renders to video trailers and gameplay captures, you’ll help shape the visual identity of our marketing campaigns and player communications. Your Experience
You have deep technical knowledge and have been creating high-quality assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Unity 3d.
You bring experience working in mobile free-to-play environments, ideally in the midcore genre, where performance marketing meets stylized world-building. You understand the nuances of designing assets that maintain visual quality while hitting performance metrics.
You’re fluent in gameplay capture and editing, able to find the emotional pulse of the experience and translate it into content that sparks curiosity and excitement. From 15-second vertical TikToks to 60-second trailers, you understand the language of digital storytelling.
You know how to organize your files, document your process, and set others up for success. You design not just for the asset but for the system it fits into: style guides, templates, and asset libraries are your toolkit.
Responsibilities
Pixion Games culture is rooted in ownership, creativity, and data-informed iteration. As a Marketing Artist, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how Fableborne is seen and shared by the world by crafting content that drives real results while inspiring our community.
Participate in the creation of high-performing marketing assets across static, motion, and 3D formats for social media, paid advertising, and community engagement.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, community, product, and game teams to capture compelling in-game moments and transform them into powerful creative outputs.
Capture and edit gameplay footage using Unity, creating trailers, teasers, and high-quality short-form content.
Partner with UA teams to test different creative approaches, write briefs, and use performance data to optimize creative output.
Stay up to date with trends in mobile gaming, content creation, and digital marketing to inform strategy and creative direction.
Working Hours and Location
EU working hours from +3h GMT / -3h GMT.
Commitment to work within core hours of 9:30am GMT/BST to 4pm GMT/BST.
