About the role
We are looking for an experienced QA with expertise in f2p mobile games and knowledge of web development to join our team.
Your role will be responsible for improving the quality assurance processes and executing test plans for our mobile games and web-based products. This position means you will work in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams made up of artists, engineers, game designers, and other QA and production to bring the best experience to the users.

Responsibilities:
Define and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for mobile F2P games and web projects.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring timely resolution.Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to ensure products stability and performance.
Conduct final testing before release, communicate issues and send reports on a regular basis to the team.
Collaborate with the Director of Operations and QA team to continuously improve release and QA processes.
Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams (development, design, art, product management) about features and content, their requirements and acceptance criteria even before they are implemented to improve overall player experience and deliver the expected level of quality.
Work with product teams to predict and mitigate risks and QA needs for upcoming events and sales.
Stay up to date with publishing platform requirements and regulations that may lead to the game not being compliant, and not passing submissions.

Help to ensure that all content is localized and showing correctly in appropriate languages.
Requirements:
6+ years of total experience in a QA role working with games.
4+ years of experience testing specifically mobile games.
Experience in testing cross-platform multiplayer games, ideally both async and real-time.
Experience with Web testing and release process, Web browsers, and tools.
Experience verifying and vetting bugs and managing test databases.
Knowledge of mobile app release processes and testing services (Google Play, Amazon, App Store Connect Connect, Apple TestFlight, Google Licensed Testers, Microsoft App Center).
Knowledge of tools such as Xcode, adb, logcat.
Knowledge of Development lifecycle.
Experience writing test plans (functional and compliance).

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Bonus points for:
Experience with blockchain projects or in-depth blockchain user experience.
Experience with Gitlab.
Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Experience handling external test teams, such as TestCloud.
Experience as a software engineer in game or web development.
Good knowledge of Unity and experience with shipped Unity mobile projects.
